Professional Passion: Helping educators and students connect with their communities to engage in and learn from equitable climate action.

Work: 30+ years in the field of environmental education, serving as:

• Environment Education Specialist in the U.S. Peace Corps.

• Director of International Programs and Interim Executive Director for the North American Association for Environmental Education.

• Environmental Education Specialist for the Smithsonian Institution.

• Director of Park for Every Classroom for Shelburne Farms and the National Park Service.

 

Personal interests: Family, biking, skiing, trail running, gardening, and reading.

 

Home: Past two decades in the wondrous Upper Valley region of Vermont and New Hampshire.
